The customer receives full support for commissioning or briefing instructions. We also produce series for machines and systems.

Diverse solutions

In addition to implementing individual automation solutions for machine and plant construction, robecco has specialised in producing its own preventive explosion protection products.

A further core expertise of robecco is in electrical assembly, electrical installation, and building automation.

All systems and solutions are produced at the company’s Horhausen location. All engineering services, the production and testing of systems, are carried out in-house.

HISTORY

robecco – quality for 25 years!

robecco was founded in 1995 as a sole proprietorship by the present day managing director Dipl.-Ing. Robert Becker and became a GmbH (limited liability company in 2004. The company originally focussed on electrical installation, electrical assembly and control engineering. In 1999, the first preventive explosion protection system was developed and successfully launched on the market.

In the following years the explosion protection product range offered was extended and modernised continuously. In 2004, robecco moved into its current company location in Horhausen. In 2013 and 2017, the building was modernised and extended to a total area of 2400 m2 for offices, workshop and storage.

After 25 years’ practical experience and the large number of projects completed, we are a specialist in automation technology.

Based on our long-standing experience, we are able to provide competent electrical engineering support for you.

1995, Dipl.-Ing. Robert Becker founded his company and the business focussed on electrical assembly and control engineering.
1999, the first preventive explosion protection system was developed and successfully launched on the market.

2010: Dust sensors for filter and emissions monitoring (robecco DUST CONTROL, RDC)
2013: Extension of the production facility to 2400m2
2014: Early fire detection system for spray dryers (robecco DRYER PROTECTION, RDP)
2015: 20 years’ robecco
2016: Introduction of a new gas detection system (robecco GAS WARNING SYSTEM, RWS)
